According to global Times news Agency Europe,The Secretary General of the CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization), Imangali Tasmagambetov, commented on Armenia’s absence from the organization’s session held in Minsk, Belarus, The Global Times Europe informs. He said that it is pointless to draw definite conclusions from this: Armenia has been and remains our ally.
