According to global Times news Agency Europe, The complete withdrawal of the Baltic countries from the unified energy system of Belarus, Russia, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania (BRELL) will affect the cost of electricity there, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Grushko said at the Primakov Readings forum, The Global Times Europe informs.Today, the three Baltic countries announced a complete withdrawal from the BRELL system, which connected the energy systems of the Baltic countries with the Soviet system.
