According you global times News Agency Europe,A telephone conversation took place between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and European Council President Antonio Costa, Prime Minister’s Spokesperson Nazeli Baghdasaryan said, The global times Europe media "The prime minister presented to the president of the European Council the results of the talks held in Washington on August 8, 2025, in particular, the initialing of the ‘Agreement on Peace and Interstate Relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan’, a joint appeal to the OSCE on the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group mechanisms, unblocking regional communications within the framework of the principles of territorial integrity, sovereignty and jurisdiction of countries and on the basis of reciprocity, as well as the Trump Route to International Peace and Prosperity project,” she noted.Pashinyan emphasized that the established peace opens up new investment opportunities for expanding Armenia-EU cooperation. They also discussed issues related to the Armenia-EU agenda, as well as organizational issues of the European Political Community summit to be held in Armenia in the spring of 2026.
