Europe (International Desk) According to a foreign news agency, Global Times Media Europe Chief Executive and Special Assistant to the Ministry of Overseas for Italy Ikramuddin has expressed his heartfelt congratulations to the entire Pakistani nation and the Muslim Ummah on the handover of the Military Defense Agreement and the protection of the Two Holy Mosques to the Pakistan Army. He said that the brilliant leadership and wise decisions of Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif and Army Chief Field Marshal General Hafiz Asim Munir have provided an opportunity for pride not only to Pakistan but also to the entire Islamic world. The Pak-Saudi Joint Military Defense Agreement signed with Saudi Crown Prince Sheikh Salman is a historic milestone, which is a testament to Pakistan’s defense and diplomatic achievements. He said that Pakistan’s brave forces and its high command have always prioritized the security of the country and the dignity of the Islamic world. The bold strategy of Army Chief Field Marshal General Hafiz Asim Munir and the day-to-day efforts and unanimous decisions of Prime Minister Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif have established Pakistan as a credible and powerful state in the international community. Today, the major powers of the world, including the brotherly Islamic countries, look at Pakistan and its military forces with admiration. He further said that in the coming days, other Gulf and Islamic countries also want to sign defense agreements with Pakistan, which is proof that Pakistan is playing a prominent role in the leadership of the Muslim Ummah and Central Asia. He said that in the face of Indian aggression, the Pakistani forces have always proven that Pakistan’s defense is impregnable by defeating the enemy. The successful strategy of the Pakistan Air Force and the ground forces has crushed the enemy’s evil intentions and made the whole world recognize the strength of Pakistan’s military forces. He said on this occasion that the protection of the Two Holy Mosques and the Pak-Saudi military defense agreement are actually a practical expression of the fact that Pakistan is the strong fortress of the Muslim Ummah. We are rightly proud of our Pakistani armed forces and especially Army Chief Field Marshal General Hafiz Asim Munir.
