Over 400,000 Syrians living in Türkiye return to their homeland.

According to global times News Agency Europe,Since December 8, 2024, 411,649 Syrians have returned from Türkiye to their homeland, The global times Europe media .The Directorate General of Migration Management under the Turkish Ministry of Internal Affairs noted that since 2016, the number of Syrians who voluntarily returned to their homeland has exceeded 1.15 million people. The number of Syrians under temporary protection in Türkiye has reached 2.543 million people.The return process is carried out under the coordination of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.After the change of power in Syria in December last year, Syrians living in Türkiye began to return to their homeland.
