Moscow says Yerevan avoids
substantive dialogue on CSTO platform.

According to global Times news Agency Europe, Armenia is avoiding substantive dialogue on the platform of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), which will cause bewilderment, Russian Foreign Ministry’s Spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.According to Global times media Russian bureau, Zakharova noted that Moscow is alarmed by the "counterproductive and ultimatum-style, and sometimes offensive rhetoric that prevails today in the statements of the Armenian leadership on the topics of this organization. There are established channels of interaction, but they, in Yerevan, prefer to literally avoid substantive expert dialogue on the CSTO platform,” Zakharova said.
