FMs to visit Georgia

According to global times news agency Europe,The foreign ministers of Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Iceland will visit Georgia on May 15, the Latvian Foreign Ministry said, The global times Europe media informs. Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Braže will visit Georgia together with Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna, Icelandic Foreign Minister Thordis Kolbrun Reykfjord Gylfadottir and Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis.The foreign ministers will hold joint meetings with Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili, as well as Parliamentary Speaker Shalva Papuashvili, Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili and representatives of Georgian parliamentary opposition parties.
Meetings are also planned with members of the Georgian government and civil society organizations.
During the visit, current events in Georgia will be discussed, including the bill “On Transparency of Foreign Influence” presented by the country’s parliament.The officials also intend to exchange views on reforms in Georgia regarding its integration into the European Union.
