According to global times news agency Europe,French President Emmanuel Macron was not aware of Telegram owner Pavel Durov’s arrival in France and was not scheduled to meet with him, he said on August 29 during a press conference during his two-day visit to Serbia, The global times Europe media informs. Following the arrest on Saturday, a French judge put Durov under formal investigation on Wednesday for suspected complicity in running an online platform that allows illicit transactions, child sex abuse images, drug trafficking and fraud.
