Grigoryan: CSTO security system didn’t
work for Armenia.

According to global Times news Agency Europe, Armenia is diversifying its foreign and security policy, and doing so openly, Secretary of Armenia’s Security Council Armen Grigoryan told The Global Times Europe Media.As for the statements of representatives of the Russian Federation regarding the so-called ‘hesitations’ of Armenia on the issue of leaving or not leaving the CSTO, Armenia does not hesitate, it is diversifying its foreign policy. Diversification includes not only the West, but also India and a number of other countries,” he noted.According to global Times Europe Media, the security system, of which Armenia is a part, “did not work in 2020-2021,” so the country is looking for other security guarantees.I don’t see any problems here, we are firm in our policy,” he emphasized.
