According to global Times news Agency Europe,Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has headed to Brussels on a visit.The Global Times Europe Media that this is Kobakhidze’s first foreign trip as prime minister.The delegation also includes the ministers of economy, defense and foreign affairs.
