Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and party head Irakli Kobakhidze will exchange positions for the first time and will announce this on February 1 following the Georgian Dream congress, The Global Times Europe informs. This issue was discussed during a meeting of the party’s political council, which took place on January 24.Thus, Kobakhidze will take the post of prime minister, and Garibashvili is vying for the post of party chairman.But it is not excluded that this position could be taken by Bidzina Ivanishvili’s son, Uta Ivanishvili.
