EC President: Those responsible for
attack on Gaza hospital must be
punished.

According to global Times news Agency Europe, The President of the European Commission (EC), Ursula von der Leyen, during her speech at the plenary session of the European Parliament in Strasbourg, called for the perpetrators of the attack on a hospital in the Gaza Strip to be held accountable, The Global Times Europe informs.There is no justification for the attack on the hospital. The facts must be established and those responsible must be punished,” the EC President emphasized. On October 17, a Baptist hospital in the Gaza Strip was hit by a rocket. According to the Health Ministry of the Gaza Strip, most of the victims were women and children – more than 800 people in total. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said the attack on the hospital was carried out by Palestinian militants, not the IDF.
