Nasar Reaffirms Pakistan’s Unwavering Support for the People of Jammu and Kashmir on Youm-e-Istehsal
ISLAMABAD:(Special Representative)According to Global times News Agancy Europe,Deputy Chairman Senate Syedal Khan Nasar, in his special message on Youm-e-Istehsal, reaffirmed Pakistan’s unwavering political, diplomatic, and moral support for the people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).He said that India’s unilateral actions of August 5, 2019, were in violation of United Nations Security Council resolutions, international law, and universally recognized human rights principles. He paid tribute to the courage and resilience of the Kashmiri people, who continue their peaceful struggle for their right to self-determination despite persistent oppression.The Deputy Chairman Senate urged the international community, the United Nations, and global human rights organizations to take effective measures to end human rights violations in IIOJK and ensure the implementation of the relevant UN Security Council resolutions.
He reiterated that a peaceful and lasting resolution of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute, in accordance with the aspirations of the Kashmiri people and the UN resolutions, is essential for durable peace and stability in South Asia.
