Muhammad Ali Shah visited the newly constructed Category C Hospital Kalu Khan.
On this occasion, he directed to make it operational soon, and ordered to resolve the issue of power supply on an emergency basis.
Mardan:(Special Correspondent) According to Global Times News Agency Europe, Commissioner Mardan Division Syed Muhammad Ali Shah has directed to make the newly constructed Hospital Kalu Khan, which has been upgraded from Category D to Category C, operational as soon as possible, and said that all necessary steps should be completed in a timely manner to ensure the provision of modern and quality medical facilities to the public. The work of providing electricity to the newly constructed hospital building is pending, which should be completed on an urgent basis in close coordination and mutual cooperation with WAPDA so that the hospital can be activated soon and modern medical facilities can be provided to the public. During the visit to the hospital, the Commissioner also inspected the newly constructed residential flats for doctors and nurses’ hostel and directed to hand over both the buildings to the hospital administration soon so that proper accommodation facilities can be provided to the medical staff.Commissioner Syed Muhammad Ali Shah also visited the existing Category D hospital, where he reviewed the medical facilities provided to patients in the wards and OPD and the cleanliness situation. He directed to ensure re-cleaning, painting and necessary repairs in the hospital and clarified that along with improving health facilities, it is also necessary to maintain a clean environment of the hospital, so that patients can get better medical facilities and a proper environment.
