Gillani Strongly Condemns Attack on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh
ISLAMABAD:(Special Representative)According to Global times News Agancy Europe,Chairman Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani has strongly condemned the Houthi rebels’ attack on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and expressed profound grief and sorrow over the loss of precious human lives.
He stated that targeting civilians is contrary to fundamental humanitarian principles and a blatant violation of international law and established international norms. He emphasized that any action endangering the lives of innocent people is unacceptable and poses a serious threat to regional peace and stability.Expressing heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved families, the Chairman Senate underscored that the protection of human life must remain an absolute priority.Reaffirming the enduring bonds of friendship and brotherhood between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, Syed Yousaf Raza Gillani said that the relationship between the two countries is rooted in shared values, mutual trust, respect, and deep fraternal ties. He affirmed that Pakistan stands in full solidarity with the Saudi leadership and people and reiterated Pakistan’s unwavering support for the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and national security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.The Chairman Senate prayed that Almighty Allah grant the deceased His eternal mercy, give strength and patience to the bereaved families, and bless the injured with a speedy recovery.
