CEI Parliamentary Assembly meeting to
be held in Chisinau.

According to global Times news Agency Europe, The Parliament of Moldova will on November 27 hold a meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly (PA) of the Central European Initiative (CEI), The Global Times Europe informs.At the meeting, deputies from 16 CEI member countries will discuss topics related to supporting European integration and promoting sustainable development in the region. The opening of the meeting will be addressed by President of the Parliament of Moldova Igor Grosu, CEI Secretary General Roberto Antonione, representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, etc. Meetings of the three general (political and internal affairs, economic affairs and cultural affairs) committees of the Parliamentary Assembly are also planned. The goal of CEI Policy Cooperation is to offer countries a flexible platform for regional cooperation. Attention is also paid to their preparation for future accession to the European Union.Moldova has been a member of the Central European Initiative since 1996.
