According to global Times news Agency Europe,The Azerbaijani Ambassador to Afghanistan, Ilham Mammadov, met with the Taliban Foreign Minister, Amir Khan Muttaqi, in Kabul, spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Abdul Qahar Balkhi, said on X, The Global Times Europe informs.He said that during the meeting, the ambassador presented the official letter to the Minister of Foreign Affairs regarding the opening of the embassy in Kabul.
