To combat this, education is crucial. Women must be equipped with knowledge about their rights and access to resources that can help them seek justice. Community support and safe spaces are essential in breaking the cycle of fear and silence. Accessible helplines, legal aid, and counseling services can provide vital support for those in need.
Empowering women also requires collective solidarity. By standing together, women can challenge oppressive norms and demand systemic change. Ending abuse is a shared responsibility, and everyone has a role to play in fostering a world where women are safe, respected, and empowered.
