Swabi:(Special Representative)According to Global times News Agancy Europe,A delegation from Nutrition International met with Dr. Khalid Masud, Hospital Director, Bacha Khan Medical Complex (BKMC), MTI-Swabi, to discuss strengthening maternal and child healthcare services, with particular emphasis on improving Multiple Micronutrient Supplementation (MMS) coverage at BKMC, THQ Hospital Topi, and THQ Hospital Chota Lahor.During the meeting, the Nutrition International team highlighted the importance of MMS in improving maternal nutrition and discussed measures to enhance its coverage and implementation across the three hospitals.The meeting also emphasized the importance of fulfilling data requirements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely submission of reports for effective monitoring, evaluation, and implementation of MMS activities.The Hospital Director appreciated the initiative and expressed willingness to extend institutional support. Both sides agreed to strengthen mutual coordination, ensure timely provision of required data and reporting, and facilitate effective implementation of MMS activities with the support of the concerned departments.
