Swabi:(Special Representative)According to Global times News Agancy Europe,Dean/CEO Prof. Dr. Shams-Ur-Rehman, Hospital Director, Medical Director, and other administrative officers visited the ICU, CCU, Dialysis Unit, and newly constructed Endoscopy and Bronchoscopy Unit to review existing services and ongoing development work.During the ICU visit, Dr. Faiz Sulaimani, HoD ICU and Consultant Intensivist, briefed the management about the unitβs operational and equipment requirements. The Material Management Department informed the team that a work order for the required ICU equipment had already been placed. The Hospital Director and Medical Director assured that all possible resources would be provided to strengthen critical care services.At the Dialysis Unit, Mr. Zulfiqar Khan briefed the management about its operations. The unit currently provides more than 1,000 free dialysis sessions every month. The team also reviewed CCU services and made necessary decisions for further improvement.The management later inspected the newly constructed Endoscopy and Bronchoscopy Unit, where the remaining work is nearing completion and the medical gas system has already been installed. The HoD Gastroenterology proposed minor improvements, which the management assured would be addressed.The Management emphasized the early operationalization of the new facility for the people of Swabi and surrounding districts.
